We recommend converting to other formats from the DST format. In our experience, when converting from the DST format, the most high-quality result is obtained. The only inconvenience when converting from DST - colors in the design are obtained, as a rule, not the ones that are needed. This happens because the DST format does not contain color information (the program substitutes its colors when opening the DST file). But this does not affect the quality of embroidery. The embroidery machine embroiders with the thread you are threading into it, regardless of the color specified in the design file. To thread the desired colors in the correct order, refer to the document that indicates the color changes. Such a document is attached to each design (included in the archive that you download when you purchase).
At your personal request, after you purchase the designs, we can edit the designs (reduce, enlarge, rotate, compose the composition) in the embroidery software without losing the quality of the designs, for a fee, by agreement. To do this, you must write to the e-mail indicated on the site on the page Contacts.
Almost all beginners in machine embroidery face similar problems.
Before you start loading designs into your embroidery machine, read the instructions carefully and figure out how you can do this. The most common method is to transfer data using a USB Flash.
This converter is much more than a format converter, as they are usually presented, due to the fact that in addition to the standard capabilities of reading and re-saving a file, the developers have provided users with some additional conveniences.
