Needlepoint Snowflake Trivets

Repeat these stunning hand embroidery stitches. (Needlepoint is hand embroidery on canvas, in this case with slanted stitches. The main elements of this type of embroidery are square figures. They are located in a staggered order and filled with different types of stitches ( in this case, the oblique stitches).

Each of the eight designs was specially digitized to create a set of threads for each individual pixel of color, overlapping a total of 15 layers, mimicking this kind of folk embroidery.  Turn these snow blocks into stands for resting warm pots and pans. Or add quilted blocks to them and make a winter folk blanket.
