Quiet Oasis

Quilt is a Quiet oasis of 24 embroidery designs in five sizes (blocks in size 5”, 6”, 7” 8” and 9”) embodies the technique of hand embroidery, which combines hand-drawn works of art, digitization by hand, and different density layers of threads to give the design a unique look. The background of the foliage is digitized in a 2-layer stitch, while other images are 5-layer. Selected colors to highlight differences. 2-layer images are sewn in a neutral thread color to blend with the linen base fabric, while 5-layer images are sewn in brighter colors to create a spatial illusion.
